I offer individual and couples counseling. I also offer coaching which is not therapy. Sessions
can be conducted in person at my Hinsdale, IL office or via Zoom or telephone.
I conduct day and weekend Reflection and Meditation retreats on the Dunes of Lake Michigan
in Indiana a short distance from Chicago.

I am a provided for BCBS PPO and HUMANA for psychotherapy. Coaching and retreats are not
covered by insurance.

I charge $200/ session for psychotherapy.
The fee for Coaching is determined by the package.
I do offer a sliding scale on a needs basis.

I treat adults.
